What happens after the 7 free days?
You'll still be able to see everything you've already logged. To keep timing new contractions, you pick monthly ($5.99) or yearly ($59.99). No card is charged before then, and we don't auto-enroll — you actively choose a plan.
Can I really cancel in one tap?
Yes. Settings → Subscription → Cancel. No email, no chat, no retention flow. Your access keeps working through the end of the period you already paid for.
I already paid $19.99 once — do I lose access?
No. If you bought Pattern under the old one-time pricing, you keep unlimited access for life at no extra cost. Sign in with the account you used and you're set.
Does my data leave my phone?
Your contraction log lives on your device. If you sign in, your subscription state and (optionally) your log sync across devices so you can switch phones — that's it. You can time contractions fully offline too.
Does Pattern tell me when to go to the hospital?
No. Pattern shows you when your pattern matches a commonly cited guideline, as information — not medical advice. Always follow your provider's guidance on when to call or go in.
