Pattern stores your contraction data — times, durations, intensity, and any notes — only on this device. It is not uploaded to a server. If you reset or replace your phone without a backup, that log is gone; this is the tradeoff for keeping your data private by default.
Signing in is optional and exists for one reason: keeping your one-time purchase associated with you if you switch phones or platforms. Sign-in does not upload your contraction log.
The one-time unlock is processed by Apple or Google via their in-app purchase systems, verified through RevenueCat. Pattern never sees your card details.
Pattern does not include third-party analytics in the contraction log, and does not send push notifications in this version.
